Elinore Cohen is the most amazing teacher I’ve ever had. She brings with her a lifetime of movement anatomy, as she was a professional ballet dancer. However, her Brilliance lies in her ability to reach her students. She allowed me to find an awareness to my body I never knew I had. She gave me the power to be me. Her classes are not to be missed. After the birth of my daughter I sought the most practical and quickest serving route to regaining my pre-baby body. Within days of commencing private practice with Elinore I knew she and her style of yoga instruction would attain me the physical and mental results I was looking for. Within a few weeks I was back into my pre-pregnancy clothes and feeling mentally strong as a new mother.
